QuickCap Notification Settings

QuickCap is Rostered's live scorekeeping. This article covers what you can control about the notifications it sends. It doesn't cover the scoring screens themselves, which are for the person keeping score at the game.

Choosing a Notification Level

The first time you open QuickCap for a club, you'll be asked how loud you want it: pick a level and you're set. You can change it any time from the club's Notifications screen under NOTIFICATION LEVEL.

Fine-Tuning Individual Notifications

Below the level picker are two sections: LIVE SCOREBOARD (notifications while a game is in progress) and GAME RECAP (the summary after a game ends). Each lists the individual event types your sport tracks, and you can turn any of them on or off yourself, overriding whatever your chosen level would otherwise set. An overridden item is marked, and you can reset it back to following your level again.

Scope

These settings can apply broadly (your whole club) or be narrowed to a specific team or division. If you've set an override at a narrower scope, you'll see that reflected before you make changes, so you know exactly what you're editing.
